|Memorandum of Understanding between the Baltic International Academy and AHEU|
On November 15, 2022, Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of education, science and culture with the largest private university in Northern Europe – the Baltic International Academy, which has 8,000 students, including over 500 foreign students from 20 countries of Europe and the world.
The Baltic International Academy was founded in 1992 in Riga, Lithuania. After signing the MoU, AHEU students, undergraduates and teaching staff have the opportunity to participate in international educational exchange programs and scientific internships in Lithuania.
on January 9, 2023 between Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University and Sophia University named after St. Kliment Ohridski signed an Agreement for cooperation in the field of education, science and culture.
Sofia University is the oldest, largest and most prestigious university in Bulgaria, Sofia. It was formed in 1888. It has 16 faculties, 3 departments, where 22 thousand students study. By signing an agreement with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, students, undergraduates and teaching staff have the opportunity to participate in academic mobility programs, scientific internships, research projects, publications in scientific journals.
| On October 14, 2022, Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University and the Belgian Education Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)|
The Belgian Education Council develops and conducts distance learning programs for university teachers. All programs are aimed at supporting teachers in the modernization of their activities. They provide an opportunity to master and implement innovative teaching methods, to rebuild professional thinking for successful adaptation to a rapidly changing educational environment, as well as to deepen the potential of teachers.

On January 23, 2023, Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Mikolas Romeris University. Thus, students, undergraduates and teachers have the opportunity to undergo academic mobility and scientific internship programs, as well as participate in conferences, round tables, as well as publications in Lithuanian scientific journals.
The Mikolas Romeris University was founded in 1991 in Vilnius and is one of the largest and most respected state Lithuanian universities. The University was established after Lithuania gained independence more than 30 years ago, today it is a modern educational institution that teaches bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programs in English and Lithuanian, including double and even triple degree programs.
|Call for applications for a state scholarship for short-term academic mobility for AHEU’s students at the Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania (Autumn-spring 2023-2024)|
Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University announces a call for applications of state grants for undergraduate and graduate students of AHEU at the Mykolas Romeris University, Lithuania, for the autumn and spring semester 2023-2024 academic year.
The internal application will be conducted in the format of an interview with the commission in English.
– be a student of 1,2,3 years of bachelor’s degree of four-year study or 1,2 years of three-year study, a master’s student of the 1st year of a two-year scientific and pedagogical master’s degree;
– GPA not lower than 3.0;
– have no academic debt;
– English language proficiency – Upper-intermediate (B2) ⠀

|On January 12, 2023, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Almaty Humanitarian-Economic University and Myongji University, thanks to which AHEU students and undergraduates have the opportunity to participate in international, scientific and cultural joint activities of the two institutions.|
Myongji University is one of the prestigious higher private educational institutions that has been actively engaged in scientific and educational activities in South Korea since the beginning of 1948. The main university building is located in Seoul. The University is aimed at degree programs of various levels (Bachelor, Master, PhD and MBA) along with the Institute of Korean Language and the Institute of Continuing Education.
